Job Description:

• Quality-Check that all orders are produced to specification and to acceptable standard.
• Attend to customers. Must be customer-focus
• Manage the tailors, other staffs and the office in general
• Ensure that all the production targets are met in timely manner and on schedule

• Reach out to customer leads in the environs through cold calling.
• Supply management with reports of day sales, customer needs, interests and competitive activities and potential for new products.
• Manages the twitter handles and other social media platforms
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the shop/products
• Continuous monitoring and management of stock levels

Other preferred attributes:

• Good  level sewing and pattern cutting skills is an added advantage
• Must have attention to details, and an eye to sport errors from the start in order to prevent corrective measures
• Must be highly disciplined, independent and can prioritizes activities
• Must be goal and target driven with people skills
